How do I place an order for a clock?

Simply add it to your cart, once you are happy with what you have in there, checkout, fill in your details and make the payment.

 

Is EFT my only payment option?

For now, yes. Once you have made your payment, send proof of payment to info@customvinyls.co.za and your order will be placed.

 

How will I know you have received my order?

After you complete the checkout process, a receipt will appear on your screen detailing your final order including shipping charges, your billing address, and the items that are being sent to your shipping address. Please keep this receipt for your reference.
You will also receive confirmation via e-mail that we have received your order. (Please be sure to enter your e-mail address correctly on the order form so that we can be sure to deliver your confirmation to you.)

 

How long does it take for my clock to arrive?

Well, if we have what you want in stock, your clock will be on it’s way by the next working day. If we don’t have it in stock, we place the order and the turn around time is 5-7 working days.

 

What courier service do you use?

We use Fastway Couriers which is a door to door courier company, and you can be supplied with a tracking number once the parcel has been dispatched.

 

How long does shipping take?

In the Johannesburg region, if a parcel is dispatched in the morning, it should arrive that afternoon. Gauteng parcels usually arrive the next day, and outside of Gauteng will take 1-2 working days.

 

How do I order a custom clock?

You can order a custom clock through the site, but there is no payment needed at checkout for the custom clock. We will then contact you and chat about what you would like for your clock. Once you are happy with the design, you can make the payment and we will process your order.

 

My parcel arrived and it is damaged, now what?

While we have never had an issue with a damaged parcel, our courier company covers insurance on goods damaged in transit. If your clock arrives and is damaged, we will sort that out with the couriers and get a new one to you as soon as possible.
